Who we are

Sunita Tours St. Martin is a family-operated tour and taxi company on St. Maarten / St. Martin. For any question about your information, email Sunitatourssxm@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp +1 721-550-5213.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

Booking requests: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, the tour or service, date, time, number of passengers, pickup location, and anything you add, such as a flight number, where you're going or special requests.
Reviews: your first name and initial, email, what you booked, your rating and review, when you traveled, and whether we may publish the review.

This website never asks for payment details. Nothing is charged online.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, plan your tour or ride, and contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you agree on the review form, we may publish your review on this website with your first name and initial. We never publish your email address.

Who else handles it

Our website forms run on Wix (Wix.com Ltd.), which stores the requests and reviews you send and emails them to us. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies. A few photos in our travel guide load from Unsplash, and links to Google, Tripadvisor and Facebook take you to their sites.

Cookies and storage

This website doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it doesn't run analytics. When you send a form, your browser keeps a temporary access code from Wix, and a copy of your request for the thank-you page, in that browser tab only. Both are deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and reviews only as long as we need them to arrange your trip, answer your questions and keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent. Email Sunitatourssxm@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
